Check-out time is 10:30 am for guests paying with cash...we need
extra time to process. For guests paying by credit card, Check-out
is 11:00 am. If you plan to extend your stay, arrangement must be
made by 10:30 am. There is a $25 late check out fee, and after 1:00
pm, the FULL DAY RATE APPLIES.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.

Pets are always welcome, and must be announced at Check-in. There
is a $10 charge per pet, per day, and a $50 refundable deposit is
required. We ask that you do not leave your pets unattended.

Smoking in rooms is not allowed. There is a minimum $50 charge for
smoking in the rooms, plus any damage caused by the smoke.
5.
48 hours cancellation is required for a refund.
6.
Pool Hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
7.
BBQ facilities are open to all. Utensils are available at front
desk.
8.
Registered guest are responsible for the room rented. Rooms and
deposits are not transferable. Once a room has been rented, there
is no refund.
9.
Guests are required to sign our registration, credit card authorization,
and departure invoice.
10.
Number of occupants must be accurately reported, or an additional
charge will be made.
11.
As a courtesy to our guests rising early, we have a "No-Loud-Noise"
policy after after 10:00 pm.
12.
Towels removed and any other missing or damaged items will be charged
to guests.
13.
Travel guide coupons are accepted based on availability and other
restrictions which may apply. Coupons are on a walk-in basis only.
14.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. |
