All guests planning to book or stay with us must know

  • We do require $250 incidental deposit. It can be reduced to $100 for guest with valid credit card. Housekeeping work hours start at 9 am, therefore cash deposit for incidentals will not be inspected and cash will not be returned until after 9 am.
  • We have 24 Hours FD and all FD are trained to help you resolve issues pertaining to your stay with us. During check ins our FD will make a call to make sure your room is clean and comfortable. Please help them help you. In order to resolve issues, we request our agent to visit the room if necessary to understand, inspect and resolve your concern.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to inform the Front Desk staff of any issues within their stay prior to checkout. This will guarantee that the Front desk staff has an opportunity to try and help resolve those issues. If guest waits until checkout to inform Front Desk staff of any and all room issues it will not allow the hotel to resolve their concerns.
  • We have 92 rooms and have over 120 parking spots. Guest staying in Suites in building B are requested to park in the front of the building B to allow others to park closer to their rooms.
  • We serve Super 8 recommended breakfast and it does not include hot items except Waffles at this site. Front Desk can assist.
  • Our Checkouts are at 11:00 AM and Check Ins are at 3:00PM. It requires a minimum of 4 hours before the room is cleaned, inspected and available to rent.
  • We have three 100-gallon hot water tanks for main facility. We expect guests to conserve water and not leave shower on and tub filled with hot water to remove wrinkles on your dresses. This affects the rest of the guests.
  • We require valid license and credit card. Reservations are not transferable. We do not split credit cards. Guest email along with Vehicle information, such as, license plate number will be a requirement during the check-in process. This process helps communicate to the guest, help the verification process and enhances safety of guest and all other guests, along with our staff members. Please plan accordingly for all check-ins. All hotel reservations have to be guaranteed with valid Credit card. In order to do this your credit card will be pre authorized upon reservation.
  • We have WiFi provided by Deepblue and their help desk number is available at front desk. We have Ecolab providing pest control for your protection.
  • We accept pets and charge pet fee.
  • We are smoke free property and violations are charged $250 per night.
